Return & Refund Policy
Crexident (Crexident.com) always aims to make sure our customers love our products. If you’re not satisfied with products you purchased from us, We allow customers to apply for return or refund, exchange within 30 days after the receipt of the goods.
Our policy lasts 30 days (within 30 days from the date you’ve received all your items.). If 30 days have gone by since your receipt of the goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unused, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the products in the original status!!!!
Return & Refund Policy:
After receive the package, if customers have any problem (For example: the product is damaged, not correct Or Customers are not satisfied with the product), please contact our customer service via email: firstname.lastname@example.org for the return/exchange.
Our customer service will process your return/exchange request within 1-2 working days (3-5 days will be added when during the vacations). After the return/exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will inform you return details by email or Phone.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the logistics company you choose. The items you send us should be resold.
If due to our reasons, the items are damaged ,incorrect or incomplete, we afford the shipping fee. (We can prepay the freight, or after Customer ship, they send us return shipping receipt, we will pay it.)
Please tell us the tracking number via email: email@example.com after your return the package. We highly recommend you to ship your returning package in a trackable shipping method to guarantee that we can receive your package. We are not responsible for the lost of returning packages. Please ship out your returned package within the next 3 days after getting our authorization email. Or else your package will be rejected, and which will influence your refund. Thanks for your understanding.
Once the returned item is received and inspected. We will refund you and we will send you an email with refund information.
If you just request a Return and Refund, we’ll refund within 1-3 working days, to your original payment account (debit/credit card or PayPal).
If paid by Paypal balance, can receive money on the same day.
If paid by credit card, Can receive a refund in 7- 15 working days, no more than 30 working days, depending on the policy of your credit card company.
Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee and other fees if there is no quality problem for our products. Or you can keep the product and negotiate with our customer service for the refund directly.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you request a exchange, we’ll arrange the exchange within 3 working days. And inform you of the processing time via email.
All orders will be sent out quickly after you order.
But we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes. If you want to modify/cancel your order, please contact customer service team within 24 hours after placing the order.
If more than 24 hours, shipping companies will not return the package. The order can’t be changed or cancel, you need to return the package back to us when you get it, after we receive it, we will refund the money within 1-3 working days.
Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear and tear of the product caused by customer. Thank you very much for your kind understanding!
